Nudging meat-eaters to choose veggie options

A new way of looking at how we behave – and what it means for vegetarians. In October, it was announced the 'father of nudge theory', Richard Thaler won the 2017 Nobel prize in economics. Nudge theory is the concept of 'nudging' people through subtle changes to do things that are in their self-interest. Recently, we have been working with David Hall and Rob Moore from Behaviour Change, an organisation that specialises in this area.
