The Vegetarian Society has created a collection of over 80 tasty, nutritious and creative vegetarian recipes and gathered them all in this beautiful book. Complete with stunning full-colour photography throughout, these dishes range from hearty one-pot meals such as chickpea, sweet potato and okra tagine and Ghanaian red stew, to lighter bites such as miso soup with tofu, or black bean and avocado salad. And because a little indulgence also does you good, there are even a few healthier dessert ideas.
