Put your chef hat on with Quorn and the Cordon Vert Cookery School – winners announced.

To mark National Vegetarian Week Quorn UK ran a Facebook competition giving customers the chance to win a day’s cookery experience at the Vegetarian Society’s Cordon Vert cookery school in Altrincham. The eight lucky winners from across the UK - Sian Roberts, Taylah Catlow, David Sebastian, Matt Richards, Rebecca Roddis, Lucinda Henderson, Bailie Field, and Kaya Cobb - have been awarded a place at the exclusive cooking demonstration event hosted by Quorn UK and the Vegetarian Society, set to take place on Wednesday 20 August 2014.
The aim of the day will be to give the winners a better understanding of vegetarian food by demonstrating a selection of varied dishes, emphasising the versatility of ‘going veggie’. The taster menu will include popular dishes from across the globe including veggie takes on Mexican Loaded Nachos, English Steak & Ale Pie, French Cassoulet and Japanese sushi.
