V-Healthy is a week-long meal plan that is suitable for everyone who wants to feel better about what they eat.

There are three meals and two snacks for every day so you shouldn’t feel hungry. Each day’s meals have been balanced to provide all essential nutrients and there’s lots of variety across the week.

However, the plan is intended as an inspirational guide to be enjoyed and varied in a way that fits in with your own needs. Just follow the Seven Ways to Health and you should quickly feel the difference."

V-Healthy has been created for the Vegetarian Society by nutritionist and writer Yvonne Bishop-Weston. An expert in vegetarian and vegan nutrition, Yvonne has her own consultancy, Foods for Life, holds clinics in Harley Street and Croydon, and regularly appears in the media.
