The Vegetarian Society is pleased to announce a brand new event: KIN 2015.  Scheduled for 11 July 2015, KIN will bring together speakers from around the world to Manchester to take part in this thought-provoking event – topics covered will include sociology, health, plant-based diets, animal welfare, psychology and climate change. KIN will be about the issues, the arguments, the research and the evidence. Visit the KIN 2015 website to find out more details.

KIN 2015, which is taking place in Manchester - the home of the Vegetarian Society since 1847, will show the world that vegetarianism is a kinder way of living. Confirmed speakers are Tony Juniper, Dr Neal Barnard, Tom Heap, Dr Melanie Joy, George Marshall, Julie and Phil Neville and many more. There will also be plenty to get involved with from workshops to cookery demonstrations and stalls.

Lynne Elliot, Chief Executive the Vegetarian Society said, “KIN 2015 is a place where we can get together, talk, explore, learn and create positive change. It's the first time we've done anything like this and we want it to be the biggest and best event of its type ever. You can even be part of the event and help to make it happen by pledging through our crowdfunding page. We really want people to come along and help make this global event in Manchester a success - and everyone's welcome.”

KIN will be held at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester, UK. Subscribe to the mailing list to find out when the earlybird tickets are released. If you want to make sure you don't miss out, go straight to the Vegetarian Society Crowdfunder page and make a pledge, which could include a ticket or other words!
